I'll tell you a little story about a girl named Abbie Lou,
She gave up a job as a dancer so she could work at the local school.
Said to all the young boys, “Stop and see me at the end of the day.”
And when school was done, she had her fun, took their innocence away.
Whoa, there’s no telling what she can do.
Whoa, school’s no place for a girl like you.
Dad and mom, warn your son: stay away from the skankeroo.
I don’t know why they just won’t hide from that girl named Abbie Lou.
All the guys stood in line just to see what they could feel,
They didn’t care what she looked like,
They didn’t care that her hair’s not real.
Abbie Lou just smiled and let the boys have their way,
And in the end, she grabbed her pen, and gave them all an “A.”
Hey Abbie Lou: who mistreated you?
Did your mama leave you at the railway station,
Or was daddy dirty, too?
Hey Abbie Lou, are you lonely and blue?
Someday your whole world is gonna crash and burn. It’s true.
As time went by, she tried to hide all the wicked things she’d done,
‘Cause Abbie knew the folks at school could add up one and one.
So she took the boys and girls and toys
To a place she thought was safe.
But in that hotel room, she met her doom,
The police took Abbie away.
